We ensure Coppergate investors have full transparency into all aspects of our business model and their chosen investments.
This includes the investment model, being clear on what fees are charged, understanding the risks, being given the opportunity to review the due diligence that has been carried out as well as regular, clear and easy to understand updates on the progress of their projects.
We use a monitoring team for all of our projects to make sure we have the most accurate feedback on what is happening on site. We share this information with our investors by sending out regular reports.

Charlie benefits from over 15 years’ experience within investment management and private equity. Throughout his career, first as a stockbroker and financial adviser and latterly as a property finance professional, he has always had a hands-on approach to the business. Charlie has raised equity and mezzanine debt for property development projects with a combined GDV of over £650m.
Charlie established Coppergate Property in 2017, specialising in residential-led development. Charlie lives in Barnes, South-West London. He enjoys riding motorbikes and outdoor sports, particularly skiing, cycling and sailing.

Jason has over thirty years of property industry experience and offers a deep blend of commercial and residential property understanding gained from Central London and home counties markets.
Jason’s wide knowledge extends to all aspects of property including planning, legal, transaction governance, margin enhancement and value creation. Having looked after an array of property interests from large strategic land allocations through to asset management, Jason is well placed to assist and advise on an array of property interests.
